Health information in Hausa
We have not published a guide in this language yet. Our English guides are ready now, and translation is under way — each one is checked by a clinician in that language before it appears here.
How we translate
A guide is drafted into your language, then read by a clinician who speaks it. Only after that check does it appear here. Dosages, warning signs and the words that tell you to go to a hospital are the ones we are strictest about — a translation error there is not a typo, it is a risk.
Every translated guide names the person who translated it and the clinician who checked it. If a guide is not in your language yet, the English version is still there, and the glossary gives you the key words in your own language.
